Poznata blogerka Frili ili popularno "Banana devojka" proslavila se promovisanjem specifične ishrane koju i sama praktikuje, a to je konzumiranje isključivo sirovog voća sa veoma malo povrća i orašastih plodova.

Kontroverzna Australijanka, čije je pravo ime Lijan Retklif, redovno na društvenim mrežama izveštava publiku o tome šta jede i od čega se sastoje njeni veganski obroci. Tako je nedavno video na kome doručkuje pola lubenice i ruča veganski sladoled dostigao milionske preglede na TikToku.

Ova četrdesetogodašnjakinja poštuje režim "sirovo do 16h" što znači da ne jede ni kuvanu ni zagrejanu hranu i da jede samo do 16 časova u toku dana.

Ona sledi još neke principe ishrane - svakodnevno koristi oko 15 banana od kojih pravi kremove ili smutije, a unosi oko 2.700 kalorija na dan.

"Svaki dan doručkujem pola lubenice preko 13 godina, a kad moram - to radim i javno. To uvek zasmejava i fascinira prolaznike. Kada sam jela mrtve životinje - to nikome nije donosilo radost", napisala je ona jednom prilikom.

Ova veganka je početkom septembra proslavila 40. rođendan, a kaže da su najbolje godine njenog života počele kada je 2014. počela sa ovakvom ishranom i da danas voli svoje telo više nego ikada ranije.

- Dobila sam analize krvi i lekar mi je rekao da sam u savršenoj formi i da nastavim da radim ono što radim. Ljudi su mi govorili da ću propasti, ali evo prošlo je 16 godina i ja izgledam sve bolje i bolje - rekla je ona i dodala da je u tom periodu smršala 18 kilograma, izlečila ekcem i da joj je kosa zdravija i mekša.
