Svoj prvi međuobrok Kejti ima oko podneva, i to je obično banana ili jabuka. Za ručak pojede četiri kolačića od pirinča sa ćuretinom, humusom, paradajzom i krastavcem. Večera je u 19.30 i obično se sastoji od piletine s povrćem i salatom (uključujući crveni pasulj i slatki krompir).

Dan uvek završava slasnim sladoledom!

Glumica sledi dijetu koja podrazumeva post od 16 sati, odnosno 16 sati razmaka od večere do doručka.
