Dedicated to giving hope and saving lives , the Fight Cancer Foundation is a national charity dedicated to providing care, treatment and support for cancer patients and their families and funding vital research into cancer treatment and cures. The fright has such a powerful impact on cancer sufferers and those around them. The strength they must embody is admirable. The prevalence of cancer is alarming and we are in need for a definite and major reduction. It is so wonderful to have so many empowered individuals and supporting partners come together in one night to support the Charity's mission. My heart goes out to anyone who loses loved ones or us currently supporting someone through cancer. It is important to never give up hope and continue fighting in search for a cure and effective treatment. I hope tonight we make a big difference as I am sure we will. On July 14th I was crowned @missworldaustralia 2017 and today I leave on the journey for Miss World 2017 ✨ When my name was called out at the Crown Palladium - I was taken by overwhelming feelings; the reward of my efforts , the recieving of an honour , and the impact of a coming opportunity which begins today . I am so excited and understand that this experience comes once in a lifetime and am so looking forward for whatever is to come .
